You have to share a bathroom with the other 2 rooms. Room - Lots of space in the rooms, clean, new furniture/paint smallish TV. Easily accessible by stair, or for the adventure lift. The building has an old lift with the B&B on level one. Overall, 10/10.Good location close to Rome train Terminal. However it is in a residential building and much like the rest of Europe, the walls are thin and the floors are tiled. The place is spotlessly clean - a tribute to Ovidio because he cleans the place himself It advertises a shared bathroom, but there are two bathrooms both with a shower and toilet, and you're only sharing with three other rooms so this was never a problem. He offered us a coffee on arrival, and after that he was very respectful of our space. The owner was there when we checked in because we emailed him with our arrival time ahead of time. I also made sure I knew what the outside of the building looked like so I could easily spot it. We dropped a pin on google maps and followed the directions from termini station. Other reviewers have complained of not being able to find the building. Hello kitty is fantastic value for money! We had a huge room for the two of us with great views of the park/museum opposite the building. Stay clear of this B&B (No breakfast is served) It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel in Europe. This was at 3am! We emailed the hotel because they don't have anyone working at the hotel itself and we got no reply and the noise continued on the 2nd night. We got no sleep on both nights because there was two Italian guys in the other room and they were smoking drugs all night in the bathroom next to our room and one of them even fell asleep in the toilet and his friend kept banging the door and shouting. The room was tiny and there was two shared bathrooms. Then sent me an email saying that they tried to take money from my account even though I already paid in cash and then I got another email saying my reservation was cancelled even though I was sitting in the room! I'll be reporting this to because the B&B tried to charge me twice. The man wanted us to pay by cash even though I only had a credit card and we had to go and get cash to pay him. My wife and I stayed here for two nights due to the price and the location.
